Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including shipments to Canada or other countries.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays
  • Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed
  • Each item is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery, especially for fragile items such as cups, bowls, and plates

Standard Shipping (U.S. Domestic):
Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • High-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays or peak seasons)

We appreciate your understanding, as tableware items require careful handling during transit.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS.

In certain cases—depending on package size, weight, or destination—we may use alternative carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Tracking information will remain available throughout the delivery process.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom)
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer unless loss is confirmed by the carrier.

Damaged Items During Shipping

Because our products are fragile, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The product and its packaging
  • The damage (e.g., broken cup, chipped plate, cracked bowl)

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for reshipment
  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided at checkout
