Q: Can my tableware break easily?

A: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible unless defective or incorrect.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
